Update: Billboard received a copy of the police report from the Beverly Hills Police Department after the initial posting of this story. This article has now been updated with that information.
Former Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham got into a scuffle with a male employee at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Tuesday night (June 12), which resulted in the reality star getting booked for battery and trespassing. According to a statement from the Beverly Hills Police Department obtained by Billboard, police responded to the Hotel restaurant after the report of disturbance around 1:19 a.m., at which point they made contact with Abraham, 27.
"A male adult hotel security officer reported that he asked Abraham to leave the hotel after she refused to disengage from a verbal altercation with hotel guests," read the report. "The security officer reported that Abraham struck him in the face with her forearm, grabbed his ear and pushed him in the face as he attempted to prevent her from re-entering the hotel. Officers noted that Abraham exhibited signs of intoxication during the investigation."
The unnamed victim sustained minor injury and was not transported to a hospital for treatment. Abraham was arrested for misdemeanor battery and trespassing pursuant to a private person's arrest. She was booked at the Beverly Hills Jail and is being held on $500 bail. Back in June 2013, Abraham pleaded guilty in a DUI case stemming from a March 2013 arrest for DUI, which allowed her to avoid jail time by agreeing to six months probation, a $500 fine and six months of court-mandated sobriety.
A spokesperson for Abraham could not be reached for comment at press time.
